This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through getfutsal.com (the "Site"), operated by Get Futsal LLC ("Get Futsal," "we," "us," or "our").
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from the date the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after 12:00 PM MT will be processed the next business day. During peak periods (holidays, sales, product launches), processing may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
Once shipped, orders within the contiguous United States typically arrive within 3–7 business days via our standard insured shipping. Delivery times are estimates from our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delivery times to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses may take longer.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it to monitor your shipment with the carrier. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated after the shipping notification is sent.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your order. Rates and methods available will be displayed before you complete your purchase. Free shipping promotions, when offered, will be applied automatically when eligible.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping availability, where offered, will be displayed at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided at checkout. Address changes are not possible once an order has been shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, first check around the delivery location, ask neighbors, and verify with your carrier. Contact us at support@getfutsal.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date if your package cannot be located. We will work with the carrier to investigate. Get Futsal LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after carrier confirmation of delivery.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents immediately and contact us at support@getfutsal.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
